Andy worked hard. Andy did his best. For a while, that was enough. For the last couple years, it was bad. He left behind a team with no secondary, one starting-quality LB, Danny Watkins instead of Earl Thomas and Graham instead of Pierre-Paul. He never filled the obvious leadership void (after the F.O.cut ties w/ B.Dawk). The Kolb/Vick disasters were squarely on him. Give him credit for getting as much as he did out of McNabb, for his creative schemes, for Westbrook and Shady, and for the 4 NFC Championship games. He lost that locker room a long time ago, though. It will be better for him in KC. The fans are loud and passionate (but not toooooo passionate). Chiefs fans better hope he is not running the drafts, though ...
