Williams has passion for boxing fashion

IF YOU WATCHED Julian Williams' May 24 knockout of Michael Medina, you may have noticed members of Williams' team sporting white "Philly Shell" T-shirts with the red-and-yellow Shell gas station logo.

Those shirts are part of Williams' recently launched clothing line, Philly Fighter, that he and Las Vegas-based boxing enthusiast Michelle Rosado introduced last month. The line currently consists mostly of T-shirts and tank tops but Williams said it will eventually feature more items, all of which can be found on phillyfighter.net.

"Philly fighters are extremely special, just the history of the city with the boxing and the boxing we've got coming up now," Williams said. "We've got a good crop of guys coming up. Danny [Garcia] has already made it. Bryant Jennings has basically made it. I'm on the cusp of making it. We've got Karl Dargan. He's one of the best fighters in the city. We've got Jesse Hart. We've got a lot of good guys, I'm talking about world-champion potential quality fighters, in Philadelphia, and I think people should know."
