Colts head coach Chuck Pagano, who is on leave undergoing treatment for leukemia, gave a heartfelt postgame speech following Indianapolis’ 23-20 win over the Miami Dolphins at Lucas Oil Stadium on Sunday.

Besides the come-from-behind win, Pagano also got to see Colts quarterback Andrew Luck set the single-game NFL record for most passing yards by a rookie with 433.

Sunday’s win marked the first game Pagano attended since getting diagnosed on September 26.
