Brad Keselowski will replace David Stremme in the No. 12 Dodge this weekend at Texas Motor Speedway. He already was targeted for that car next season, his first full-time stint in Sprint Cup. Running a full Nationwide Series schedule for JR Motorsports, he is third in the standings ... NASCAR recently won kudos from two national business organizations for creating its Fan Council that gives fans a voice in improving NASCAR's operations ...
