Eagles coach Andy Reid running out of answers

Andy Reid appears to be running out of answers and the Eagles coach didn’t make any startling revelations during today’s press conference assessing the disappointing performance in Monday’s 28-13 loss to the New Orleans Saints in the Superdome.
In addition, the battered offensive line took another hit. Reid said that right tackle Todd Herremans had an MRI on his right ankle/foot. The team hasn’t yet received the results, but Reid said, “I talked to him and he is still sore.”
As for the game itself, Reid said much of the obvious – that the Eagles have to do a better job in the red zone after failing to score a touchdown in five trips there.
The Eagles coach also said that allowing seven sacks is unacceptable and stated that his team’s tackling was unacceptable.
That pretty much covered everything.
And it’s not his style to call players out and he isn’t changing now.
“We all have a piece of this thing,” he said.
One again he reiterated that Michael Vick will remain at quarterback, something he also said immediately after Monday’s game.
Most of all Reid insists that the 3-5 Eagles, who have lost four in a row, have the ability to turn things around and he hopes it comes Sunday at Lincoln Financial Field against the Dallas Cowboys.
Reid says he doesn’t feel the players have given up and praised their effort.
Even Reid, couldn’t praise the execution.

- We ask vanilla questions of AR...I heard some of the conference after the game...those questions are nearly like the ones people ask little children...'do you like candy?' you have Bell coming in...and inthe period of three plays he scuttled all of our efforts with penalties, missed blocks, etc. it was embarrassing to watch how he whiffed defensive men...and Vick getting killed at his expense. Kelly too is awful...where is Jacskon our old center...he could not be any where as bad as Kelly. The whole O Line should hang their heads...their performance was disgraceful!— 5thstrretpast
