Cliff Lee took some vicious hacks during batting practice Wednesday and appears on schedule to start sometime this weekend. He missed his last start because of a stiff neck.

"Much, much better," Phillies general manager Ruben Amaro Jr. said.

The team planned to wait another day to ascertain Lee's progress. Amaro will plot the weekend's rotation with pitching coach Rich Dubee. Lee's inclusion is likely.
