Quakers are beaten by Dartmouth

HANOVER, N.H. - Penn allowed a late first-half run to Dartmouth, and the Quakers could not make up the difference in the second half in losing, 72-64.

HANOVER, N.H. - Penn allowed a late first-half run to Dartmouth, and the Quakers could not make up the difference in the second half in losing, 72-64.

Penn fell to 11-15 overall and 5-7 in Ivy League play. Dartmouth improved to 10-17, 4-9.

Max Rothschild and Darnell Foreman started over Sam Jones and Jake Silpe, and they led the Quakers with 18 and 15 points, respectively. Foreman also had nine rebounds and five assists to lead the Quakers in both categories.

Jackson Donahue also reached double figures in scoring, with 11 points, including a trio of three-pointers.

Penn had no answer for the Big Green's freshman sensation, Evan Boudreaux, especially in the first half, when he scored 18 of his game-high 26 points. He also had 13 rebounds.
