Jay Brown intercepted a pass and raced 88 yards for the go-ahead score with 7 minutes remaining, and host Penns Grove held on to upend Glassboro, 14-12, Saturday in Tri-County Conference Diamond Division football.

The visiting Bulldogs (6-1 overall, 3-1 division) held the upper hand in the first half, thanks to TD runs of 31 and 27 yards by P.J. James.

Nick Balori opened the scoring with a 5-yard run and his 70-yard touchdown pass to Robert Dim in the third quarter gave Washington Township (6-1, 5-1) enough of a cushion to hold off host Cherry Hill East, 21-14, in an American Division game.

Burlington City 20, Maple Shade 6 - Shaquan Hall caught a pair of scoring passes from Shawn Diamond in the first half, and the Blue Devils (4-3, 4-1) never looked back in taking the Freedom Division matchup at Maple Shade (3-5, 3-2).

Cherry Hill West 10, Rancocas Valley 0 - Trevor Loveland kicked a 27-yard field goal and Ben Machtinger broke off a 35-yard touchdown run in the first half to account for all the scoring, as the Lions (3-4, 2-4) upended host Rancocas Valley (2-5, 2-4) in an American Division game.

West Deptford (8-0) displayed its balance on offense, getting two touchdowns apiece from Vaughn Scott, Jimmy Owens, and Rob Fearon in rolling over Gateway, 42-0, in an inter-division game.

It was the third time this season that the Gators (0-7) surrendered more than 40 points.

Audubon 38, Sterling 14 - Behind four touchdown passes by Brandon Hill, the Green Wave (2-5) overwhelmed visiting Sterling (0-7) in an inter-division clash.

Woodbury 40, Overbrook 6 - Brian Purnell threw three touchdown passes, Jared Roberts scored three times, and Anthony Averett reached the end zone twice as the Thundering Herd (6-1) stampeded host Overbrook (3-5).
