REMEMBER ERIK ESTRADA? You know, the motorcycle cop with the perfect teeth from that old TV show "CHiPS"?

Well, the former People magazine's sexiest man alive went 2-for-2 Monday night in the Chicago Cubs broadcast booth. Celebrating his 60th birthday, Estrada was there to sing "Take me out to the Ballgame" during the seventh-inning stretch of the Cubs opener with the Braves.

Not only did Estrada completely bungle the lyrics to the most popular song in baseball, he did it in front of 40,000 fans at Wrigley Field.

The clip is on YouTube if you need a laugh.

But it gets worse. After singing, Estrada returned to the booth with Cubs broadcasters Bob Brenly and Len Kasper and opened a discussion about - child pornography!

"I've seen my fair share of child pornography, and I want to do something about it," Estrada told Brenly and Kasper.

In his defense, Estrada is a deputy sheriff in Bedford County, Va. and is part of Virginia's anti-Internet pornography task force, which he went on to explain. But Erik, at a Cubs game? Seriously?

While on the subject of singing at baseball games . . .

Tax dollars were hard at work yesterday in New York after the Yankees, the New York Civil Liberties Union and Bradford Campeau-Laurion reached a settlement in Manhattan federal court granting Yankee fans the "liberty" to use the restroom during the playing of "God Bless America" during the seventh-inning stretch.

According to a New York Post report, Campeau-Laurion, a Queens resident, was on hand to witness the deal. It was Campeau-Laurion, who last year was tossed out of Yankee Stadium for trying to relieve himself during the tune.

In a separate settlement, Campeau-Laurion also settled for $10,001 with the city because he got booted by NYC cops, one of whom allegedly suggested Campeau-Laurion to "get out of my country."

Probably didn't help Campeau-Laurion is a devout Red Sox fan.
