2005: After signing as an amateur free agent in December 2004, went 3-6 despite a 2.76 ERA and two complete games in 14 games for the Guanuma Phillies in the Dominican Summer League.

2006: Went 6-1 with a 2.08 ERA in 13 games in the Dominican Summer League. Had 60 strikeouts and only 12 walks in 65 innings.

2007: Went 3-2, 2.36 in 13 games in the Dominican Summer League. Faced 306 batters and gave up only two home runs.

2008: Went 4-1, 2.19 in 10 games for the Gulf Coast Phillies.

2009: With Clearwater in the Florida State League, 7-1, 2.52. Appeared in 13 games, with 82 innings pitched, allowing 72 hits. Walked 24, struck out 67. Opponents hit .238 against him. Scheduled to make Double A debut tonight for Reading.
