(Va.) yesterday in the Lehigh Valley Hoop Festival at Parkland.

Acquaviva, a 6-foot-1 senior guard, hit four three-pointers, outscored O'Connell's Georgetown-bound Jason Clark (24) and captured team MVP honors in the four-game showcase.

Lance Wilson added 13 points, five steals and four assists for the Colonials.

Catholic South. Antonio Jardine hit five three-point baskets in a 32-point performance, and Mark Hatty scored four of his six points in overtime as Neumann-Goretti outlasted visiting St. Joseph's Prep, 69-64.

Jardine also dished out four assists, and Rick Jackson contributed 15 points, 15 rebounds and nine blocked shots. Jim Mower led Prep with 20 points.

Catholic North. Balanced scoring from Tim Gates (11 points), Roberto Townsend (10), Isiah Mason (10) and Kahlil Mumford (10) carried Cardinal Dougherty to a 70-38 victory at Bishop McDevitt.

The teams also finished the last 3 minutes, 20 seconds of a game that was stopped on Jan. 5 with Dougherty leading by 62-52. The Cardinals held on to win the game, 69-61.
