As 2011 comes to a close, the Daily News wants to know what grade you would give Philadelphia’s major pro sports teams.
The Phillies won 102 games and then lost in the first round of the playoffs. The Eagles had high hopes for a Super Bowl run and now are hoping to make the playoffs.
The Flyers spent much of the early part of 2011 in first place in the Eastern Conference and then went out in Round 2. They remade the team in the offseason and have come back strong, standing in first place despite major injuries. The Sixers won 27 games in 2009-10, but rebounded to win 41 under first-year coach Doug Collins and make the playoffs.
And the Union made the playoffs in only its second season of existence and consistently drew big crowds to PPL Park.
Have your say below on how you think each team fared in 2011.
