Keith Wallace is the top wine educator in the Philadelphia region. Founder of the Wine School of Philadelphia and the CEO of the American Wine Foundation, Keith has forged a reputation as being a highly innovative and dynamic instructor.

Along with co-starring in Philly.com's popular Philly Uncorked show, he also writes for several publications and works as a winery consultant. One of the most successful wine teachers in America, Wallace drinks wine for a living - and that's about all the acclaim he really needs.

Maria Valetta is a veteran of the food, beverage and hospitality industry and has worked for top hotels and restaurants in and out of the country for eight years. She has a passion for food, and has tasted her way throughout the United States and Europe, developing an appreciation for the world of wine.

To further her education, Valetta enrolled in the Wine School of Philadelphia and became a protégé of its founder, Keith Wallace. She works at the school as one of their top sommelier instructors, educating others about wine. Valetta teamed up with Philly.com in 2007 to co-host Philly Uncorked.  She has also made an appearance on the NBC 10 Show, hosting a wine feature.
