REVISITED: Chef Daniel Stern's latest venture is a contemporary American brasserie in the Cira Centre lobby. The creative menu ranges from updated bar food (rabbit nachos and truffled pizzas) to haute foie gras tastings, but was initially too wide-ranging and overwrought for its own good.

In the Cira Centre lobby, it evolves by the hour, by the day, in its look and its palette of New American flavors.
Bland opinions are scarce when it comes to the Cira Centre, the prismatic glass tower designed by Cesar Pelli that rises next to 30th Street Station like a skyscraper made of quartz.
