Alcohol: Crisp Korean OB lager and the growing selection of sojus, including the lightly sweet Charm, are the drinks of choice (with local Walt Whit as my second beer option). There is also a small list of affordable international wines, including choices that work for both spice (Wiest riesling, $29; Pazo albarino, $30) and red meat (Budini malbec, $30; Castillo de Monseran grenache, $23).
Hours: Lunch Monday through Friday, 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Dinner Monday through Thursday, 3-10 p.m.; Friday, until 11 p.m.; Saturday, noon-11 p.m.; Sunday, noon-10 p.m.

I second dahlia on the Myung Ga. Their Koagie's are decent, but I prefer the dolsot any night. You can check out their site at www(dot)iliketofu(dot)com
