I went to McCormick & Schmick's for my birthday last night and the food was delicious. For an appetizer we ordered the Oyster sampler which was great! I could go on and on about the oysters but there's not enough space. I ordered the 1 1/4 lb. Maine Lobster with a vegetable medley and a side of buttered mashed potatoes (delicious!!). For dessert I kept it simple with Vanilla ice cream topped with chocolate sauce. The food was absolutely great and I would go back in a heart beat. The atmosphere was quiet and romantic. I gave the restaurant 4 out of 5 stars because when we arrived we waited for the valet until we just decided it'll be faster if we just looked for parking, eventhough it was like 22 degrees out. We were seated and given personalized menu's, that said "Happy Birthday 'Faith'. However my name isn't 'Faith'. They were switched out after 5 min. We sat there for 10 min. without any acknowledgement or water. We saw people come in and immediately given water & bread & butter. I don't know what happened last night but I hope that it doesn't happen again. Thanks
