It's said that El Vez, the Stephen Starr-owned Mexican cantina at 13th and Sansom Streets, uses more avocados than any other restaurant around.

In this video, executive chef Nicholas Cassidy prepares three varieties of guacamole.

He also provides a recipe.

The cooking demo at the Comcast Center was in support of Center City District Restaurant Week.
