Refined and delicious
Fond should have received 3 bells from LaBan. I've been to Fond and nearby Bibou and must say that Fond was a better culinary experience.

Gem
The menu is small, but the food is LARGE. Service is impeccable, atmosphere is warm and cozy, and the food was outstanding. Had tuna crudo, arctic char, steak loin, scallops, brussels sprouts, dessert and coffee. This place is a well-kept secret, but it was pretty crowded for a cold Thursday night....go while you can still get in!
