The tattooed hipsters come for killer margaritas in the moody orange room, tequila-ficionados find a stellar list of primo shots at the bar, and a talented new chef has upped the kitchen's burrito ambitions with both a trendy nuevo touch (seviches) and authentically rustic braised meats (baby goat).
