David Ciurlino, who owns Paradigm in Old City, has opened Dolce, an Italian restaurant next door . Paradigm's design stunner, of course, are those clear rest-room doors that fog only when locked. Dolce's look hook is a glass floor lit from below; the ceiling has a "cave" thing going on. The menu, from Naples-born chef Alfonso Valentino, is straight-ahead Italian. "No reductions, no citrus this or that," says Ciurlino, whose parents emigrated from Italy. Most dinner entrees are $16 to $30.
