Irish Coffee

Makes 1 serving
2 tablespoons Irish
2 teaspoons brown
sugar
1/2 cup good-quality,
hot, strong coffee
Light cream,
to taste
1. Carefully warm a glass. Add the Irish whiskey to the warmed glass, and stir in the sugar.
2. Pour in the coffee, and using the back of a spoon, pour the cream onto the surface of the coffee.
