MangoMoon, the new Thai restaurant in Manayunk, offers a dream dish for you multitaskers:
Grilled game bird with Massaman sauce.
You get spiciness from Massaman curry, sweetness from coconut milk, and a pungent kick from fish sauce. It's topped with pan-roasted peanuts, pan-roasted pearl onion, and small chunks of potato.
Order a side of roti bread for dipping - the jasmine rice soaks up the sauce, too - while you tear into the Cornish hen with forks or fingers.
