Beer Week calendar

Starting tomorrow, taverns in the city and suburbs will host nearly 200 beer events, including appearances by star brewmasters from across the country and around the world - at least 20 on Tuesday alone.

Tria Fermentation School has tastings and talks scheduled almost daily (see www.triacafe.com). A series of trivia contests at taverns will culminate in a trophy competition. (See www.phillybeergeek.com.)

Below are highlights of Philly Beer Week. Most require tickets or reservations. For a complete listing, see www.phillybeerweek.org.
