35TH Officers heroes again, Truly a district of heroes. - What can be said of the professional actions taken by these officers who respond within time to make a difference for the lives of us citizens.Just keep going and hopefully the Mayor 1day will bestow the district with personal letters of thanks. The 35th does this city proud.
2nd cavalry out in force again - Like I said before&I will say it again. I am thankful that there are so many officers that are proud to jumpout there&get into trouble for us citizens in this district. There is a growing tide of badguys&gals but the 2nd Cavalry seems ready to pounce.I heard some noise&open my door to see like 10 police officers arresting 1person.They were so quiet I didn't know there were that many outside&I think my block is getting the message. This isn't north philly&these officers aren't playing or compromised in anyway. They were ready to take on the block and all I can say,God bless you people.Once a neighborhood descends into hell like the allegheny&Kensington area did. It's hard to come back as the shooting of officer Livewell shows,That area has been devastated.I pray that Castor Gardens never becomes that dangerous or the new Badlands.
Phila Commission on Human Relations - This is really a topnoth organization that gets under used&slashed to the bone when it comes to budget cuts.I am wondering when will this commission start being being more proactive in Castor Gardens&the surrounds northeast. As this area is inundated with crime,More white people are fleeing when if they had a little city help they would realize it just change. I want to move&i'm not white but seeing all these new people coming into the neighborhood chasing others with guns is unsettling.I hope all is done to keep this community from becoming the next Badlands and future redevelopment for the Blatsteins of the world to make money.North philly was allowed to decay&those redevelopers came in like wolves to make money off the backs of hardworking people.Right now till I see this in my community I give them a one.
2nd district officers real heroes not corrupt cowards on the take - Lastnight after 10pm on the 6500 block of Horrocks, I witnessed a male chase other males with gun in hand down down horrocks and turned on Unruh towards Souder street then I lost sight of them.I ran inside &dialed 911 so the second district Cavalry can resond,It seemed that within the minute they responded.I always give them their props when I can&even spoke to their LT last year after a shooting to give them credit. There are badcops in other parts of the city,But it would be hard to imagine that a streetcop from 2nd come have time to be bad. They are fewer in numbers these days are always seem to be ready to jump into trouble for us citizens.I am thankful to live in the 2nd district because of them.
