I think the world largely ignored what they saw coming a decade before it happened. Once they realized the Nazi's were knocking at our door all of a sudden everyone jumped in to stop them, but it was kind of too late by then. It is like how the mainstream media ignores important life-changing and or life-threatening reports occurring here and around the world today. People did not learn anything from the Holocaust and that is a shame. The only thing I get from it is that things are kept secret from the public for far too long and the men in charge could care less about anyone but themselves - until it threatens them personally.

I never trust an architect's rendering because they are just trying to sell you something. Th usual question and my answer: I do not. In fact, I was made fun of by someone that sounds a lot like you when I wore my pleather coat to a nightclub. Everyone else was dressed in animal skins, like yourself. Any leather item I owned before was donated to Good Will so people wouldn't have to kill more animals to wear their skins around like a trophy. Sad.

I am here at my desk elated because someone FINALLY picked up on the "Peeps" issue. Within the past year a package of 16 Peeps has gone through the roof! It was always about $1 a package (16 Peeps) or on sale for like .79 cents. Now, a package of like just FOUR Peeps is at least $1! I am talking FOUR tiny marshmallows! That is OUTRAGEOUS! You can trust it if you cross-reference and do research. Beats a misdiagnosis and negative treatments that you pay for from the trained medical community. I walk in and tell THEM what I believe I have and they often are amazed at my accuracy. When I used to leave it up them, I often had to go through a regimen of treatments until they finally fixed me.

I saw an old movie from the early 1960s called "Sodom & Gomorrah". It was pretty cool. The people there seemed harmless. They weren't raping or pillaging other cities. They weren't trying to conquer anyone. They welcomed all visitors. There weren't any scenes of anything particularly abnormal to me. The only thing I did not understand is that some unknown alien force leveled them in a huge explosion and this nice woman was turned into a pillar salt just because she turned back to see what was happening to all those people. I guess she was like the "Wikileaks" of her day.

I know Koch Industries detested Hugo Chavez because they are being charged $33 more per barrel of oil being shipped from down there to their refineries in Texas. They are so livid they are building a pipeline from Canada directly to their factories because that will save them like 3 billion bucks a year and increase their profits. I know the tar sands oil is muck and probably not worth the additional $33 per barrel anyway, but that was no reason to hate on Chavez because he refused to increase THEIR bottom line.

I saw an episode of "Cheaters" where this guy was completely trashed at a little people wrestling match. After "Cheaters" chased him down, confronted him and one of the little people wrestlers punched him out for hitting a girl, he took off in a car, barreling out the parking lot and onto the highway. Water pollution causes major defects in the male genitalia, such as small baculum, cysts in the sperm tubes, and undescended testes. Chemical pollution due to additives and everyday plastics also causes reduced testosterone and elevated estrogen levels. Not to mention what it does to the female reproductive system etc. Now, they won't be happy until they render males sterile all together. Another example of big pharma at work. I can't wait for the commercials in prime-time and the wives and lovers of men urging their baby to "pitch-in", selling the product for the manufacturer. How about alternate forms of contraception rather than a pill? With the way Big Brother operates, they will be secretly releasing this stuff into the environment to curb over-population in the future. I am all for limiting births for another twenty years or so, but not like this.

I hope he didn't make it all the way to Philly. People like that do crazy things and sometimes threaten you. If he is still in Bucks, I couldn't imagine turning on my back porch light and seeing that face against my window. My heart would stop. Now, this is very old news if you watch NHK World. You see, the Japanese are notorious for eating everything under the sea to the edge of extinction, including those creatures with otherwise natural defenses to protect them from these human gobblers. Even though this particular fish is lethal, they still harvest it and specially licensed men carefully remove most of the toxin. This species of sashimi costs the average Japanese person hundreds of dollars for a few bite-sized pieces. I think they get a thrill out of their friends watching them eat this puffer fish and risk death as they savor the burning sensation of the molecules of remaining toxin. Must be a bravery game and whatnot. Maybe they have built up a slight immunity that their European counterparts haven't yet.

The one story that oddly did not receive much press coverage at all is the one regarding how Romney used to jump on top of a gay guy when he was a teenager and grind into him as he cut off locks of the gay fella's hair. Freud would have had a field day with that one. I suspect he may be latent. Went home and thought about what he did while playing with the hair he stole. Then, living his life as a married man when he never forgot that moment of intimacy or at least the closest he ever got to the intimacy may have so much preferred. Sad to be in a closet all ones life like that. Oh, it was the "Romney Coed" story. He admitted to it since he still recalled it clearly and probably fondly.

You would think Philly would welcome a new venue that would bring thousands of jobs to its unemployed populous. I would make sure that these casinos not only employed added security outside, but also pay the OT to any police officers that might be needed if any casino-related issues were to arise. Beautiful ideas! They have Baby Showers at my job downtown like a couple times a week. But, they never have lovely ideas like this. Window boxes. I had a window box and my upstairs neighbor spilled some kind of fluid off their deck and into my pansy patch. Killed them all. My other neighbor a block away had these adorable little blue juniper bushes in their window box for years until some thief ripped them out. Another neighbor had their window box on the second floor break free and collapse during a sun shower. It was falling apart, so it was only a matter of time. You just don't hang them up and forget. Thankfully, no one was walking directly underneath it when it happened.

This story reminds me of some hideously macabre old black & white Hammer horror film you might see on that TV show "Midnight Mausoleum". Starts off in the courtroom where the story is recapped to the court and then flashbacks to the alleged crimes against humanity. Don't get this twisted. Raising the minimum wage should lessen the hardship on like 75% of American citizens, reduce violence and put a putter in the economy. But, calling $9 an hour a raise means the minimum wage should be higher than that by now.

She should also receive medical compensation for her ongoing battle with TMJ as a result of the punch in the teeth that bully gave her. It will only get worse, so it is worth a few hundred grand AT LEAST in addition to the emotional and social pain and suffering she continues to endure. The nightmares about it must be horrible. She looks like she hasn't had a good night's sleep in months. I think five million is a good place to end, but I would begin at double that with her attorney. This is one settlement I would be happy to see my tax dollars go to. The way she was manhandled was unbelievable if it weren't for that video. Oh, then sue the court after suing the city if that is possible. Set a precedent.

You know which poor horses they make into "food"? The ones that have deformities or broken limbs and are "euthanized". The rest of the inventory comes from horses no longer able to drag buggies, work, or run races so humans can bet on them for money. Yup. That is what happens to a horse when it is no longer useful. What about Johns Hopkins and Columbia? Why is it OK to kill dogs in the name of research? These people did something unconscionable by purchasing dogs that were meant to go to a loving home when their plan was to profit off them by selling them off to research science. It is all insidious to me. Labs inject dogs with chemicals. Cosmetic researchers fill their eyes with chemicals to see if the chemicals cause pain, injury or blindness. Is that OK to do in the name o research? It's horrible. We should be ashamed of ourselves. It's just wrong.

They need to make some decent hoagies/subs first. Get rid of the lousy rolls they have and stop buying packaged Oscar Meyer brand cold cuts. Combined with frozen tomatoes and old dark lettuce gives them the award for WORST HOAGIES/SUBS - EVER. Also, try sanitizing the cappuccino machines once or twice a day. The things have funk and stalactites growing down off the nozzles. Also, try changing the coffee grinds above the pots rather than running water through them twice.

Everyone who responded missed the point. Low income areas have more violence. People that have no job or make very little in wage commit crimes more often. Increasing the minimum wage will drastically reduce the violence by making life easier for the poor who are in a struggle. Combine that with changing the antiquated Constitution in regards to people bearing arms and miraculously things will improve greatly. The issue with you people is that you think you are right but you are wrong but you know you are wrong but think you're right.

Tell this to the families of those poor kids in Connecticut. Crime is everywhere and the most insidious crimes are committed in places you wouldn't expect. When little innocent children are murdered that is the most sickening crime of all. The underlying problem runs deep.

The nightmares and anguish Comcast gives their subscribers is terrible. So many nightmare stories. I even had an issue trying to initially subscribe when their system went down and I had to call back! Then, I decided to own my own router and after chatting over 30 minutes to someone in India and giving them a zillion numbers and codes to get me online with my own unit, they told me their system went down and I had to call back the next day and start the entire process all over again. You expect lousy service when you call them and that is not the way it is supposed to be. This is like an alternate universe with them. Seeing how much Brian Roberts is paid when his company is so dysfunctional with subscribers makes me ill.

@Patty - I feel your loss. It really stinks to think you have a secure career to have them pull it out from under you. The loss of salary and medical benefits is emotionally and financially devastating. For every job there are hundreds of applicants now, so these private concerns can pick and choose. They can pay a low wage and people will be grateful for the opportunity. It is so insidious.

He needs to face some kind of charge. Saying that not taking care of the dogs is a bogus excuse to use for murder. You would be amazed how many people right here in center city allow their dogs to roam a block away from them or open the door so the dog can do its business on the sidewalk. If their dogs were hit by a car it would be the owners fault 100%. Trying to blame this family when their dogs roamed next door and the old man decided to shoot the dogs to death because the family wasn't aware of it is an entirely different story.

I agree with this report. This sedentary lifestyle is so unhealthy. Then to go home and be sedentary in from of the TV or computer again is a double-edged sword. No wonder people are so obese and old looking at such a young age anymore. It also deforms the body giving even men that dreaded secretary-spread and a shape like a pear before they even turn 30. Most of the folks at my office building have little to no muscle at all. I often watch new hires who are in shape and count how many months it will take for them to look like everyone else.

Genius way to capitalize on two demographics all at once. Should be a wonderful show. At least this time around they will not need to put up two rows of wooden barriers to prevent people who couldn't afford the ticket from feeling so left out.
