voting at 2-22
My voting experience was fine, but there was one notably odd thing about it -- as I went to check in, I noticed a bible opened to a specific page on the table with the voter rolls. I asked the volunteer behind the table if there was a reason for this. Her answer was a perplexing "Yes." When I tried to ask what that reason was, she just ignored me. Maybe it was for swearing in poll workers, but why held open to a particluar page (all I remember is that it was Old Testament), and why wouldn't she tell me?

Dept. Structure
I understand the purpose, but what is the structure of this office? exactly how many people currently work there and what does each do? What are the position titles and the qualifications for each? Where is this office listed in the Home Charter and/or Phila Code? The Commissioner's Office website doesn't offer any information. It only lists three empoyees and their phone numbers.

Very Good
I never had a problem voting. Considering that election day people are essentially volanteers, they do a very good job.
