Charmayne "Maxee" Maxwell, 46, a member of the 1990s R&B trio Brownstone - best known for the hit "If You Love Me" - has died after cutting herself in a fall at home, a representative said Monday.

Ms. Maxwell was at her Los Angeles home Friday when she fell and cut her neck on a drinking glass. Her husband, producer Carsten Schack, found her sometime later and called 911. She was taken to a hospital where she died. She is also survived by a 11-year-old son. - AP
