Davis to seek another term in state House
LEVITTOWN State Rep. Tina Davis (D., Bucks), who represents portions of Bristol Township, Middletown Township, and Croydon, announced Monday that she would seek reelection this year.
Davis, 53, a former Bristol Township Council member, was first elected as a representative in 2010. She is the Democratic secretary of the Liquor Control Committee and a member of the Gaming Oversight Committee.
Last spring, she introduced legislation to legalize Internet gambling in the state. That bill is in committee.
Davis' announcement comes on the heels of two senior House members saying they will not seek reelection this year: Bucks Republican Paul Clymer and Delaware County Republican Nicholas Micozzie. - Chris Palmer
