For someone who is no fan of CNN, Philadelphia GOP ward leader Daphne Goggins sure is helping the network's segments get a lot of attention.

On Friday, she appeared on a panel of women voters who were asked about President Trump's first year in office. Chaos ensued when the conversation turned to the 2005 Access Hollywood tape, in which Trump boasted that he could "grab" women "by the p—y."

"He's a man!" Goggins said of the incident. "I've heard way worse than that."

Goggins also raised questions about Harvey Weinstein's accusers.

When CNN host Alisyn Camerota asked the panelists if they believe the women who have accused Trump of sexual misconduct, Goggins shouted out, "They haven't proven their case in court! So why should we believe?"

Camerota then posed a follow-up question to the female voters: Did they believe the allegations of rape and sexual harassment against Weinstein, the Hollywood mogul?

"No, I'm going to be honest with you," Goggins replied. "I don't believe them yet either."

Goggins added that "Harvey Weinstein, he pretty much admitted it, just like [Al] Franken admitted it by resigning, but my thing is those women, we have yet to really examine them." Weinstein said in an apology that he "caused a lot pain." He has denied several allegations of sexual harassment and assault.

Reached on the phone later, Goggins accused CNN of editing its segment "in favor of the snowflakes." Four of the six women on CNN's panel voted for Trump. Two, including Goggins, said they were still "super strong supporters" of the president.

Goggins also took the opportunity to defend the president again: "I've been an athlete all my life, and I've got to hang around baseball teams and all that. Men with no money have said a lot worse. There was a time when this stuff wasn't so offensive."

Goggins previously appeared on CNN in August, where she said the deadly protests in Charlottesville were a hoax. She said the network's producers "keep calling me … maybe they get good ratings out of it." But if CNN invites her on again, she said, she's going to make a demand: "Next time, they're going to have to pay me."
