The deadline to apply is 5 p.m. Voters must provide a driver's license number, the last four digits of their Social Security number, or a copy of an acceptable photo ID when applying for a ballot.

All ballots must be returned to the election office by 5 p.m. Friday.

In an emergency, such as an unexpected illness, voters may submit an emergency application for an absentee ballot, which must be completed and submitted no later than 5 p.m. Friday.
