Farrell chosen as commissioners chair

WEST CHESTER The Chester County commissioners chose Terence Farrell as their 2015 chair in a meeting Tuesday.

Kathi Cozzone was reelected as vice chair at the Board of Commissioners' sunshine meeting, a position she has held since 2011. Farrell, Cozzone, and new Commissioner Michelle Kichline voted unanimously on the positions, said a county statement.

Farrell said he was grateful to his colleagues and looked forward "to working with them collaboratively and effectively."

Farrell, who is in his second term, also served as chair in 2009, 2011 and 2012. - Justine McDaniel
