A count of absentee, alternative and military ballots showed that Republican Mayoral hopeful Karen Brown (right) had taken in an additional 81 votes while her primary opponent, John Featherman (left), picked up 80. Brown won her party´s nomination by 58 votes and will face Democratic incumbent Mike Nutter in the Nov. 8 general election.
