Authorities yesterday were looking for a man who struck at least four Bucks County supermarkets, making off with thousands of dollars worth of frozen turkeys, hams, beef, and seafood.
Lower Southampton Township Police Lt. John Krimmel said the man simply loaded up his cart with frozen meat and headed for the exit. Before store employees could respond, he and an accomplice loaded the meat into a truck and fled.
The latest theft came Monday at a Giant Food Store in Upper Southampton Township. The suspect has been caught on surveillance video three times. - Associated Press
