Crash victim was Temple business professor

Police have identified the victim of a fatal, one-vehicle crash Tuesday morning on Route 322 in Concord Township as Constantine Pavlides, 62, of West Chester.

Pavlides was wearing a seat belt and traveling east in his 1991 Toyota Previa at 8:26 a.m. when he hit a guardrail. The vehicle overturned and hit a utility pole. Pavlides was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

Pavlides, known as Chris, was the founder and chairman of the Greater Philadelphia Senior Executive Group, the organization said yesterday. The group is a nonprofit professional association of senior-level executives.

He also was an associate professor at Temple University's Fox School of Business. - Inquirer staff
