Philadelphia police yesterday were investigating an apparent murder-suicide in the Summerdale section.
The bodies of a 50-year-old man and his son, described as in his 20s, were found about 6 a.m. in a blue van at Loretto Avenue and Sanger Street, police said.
Officials say the initial investigation indicated the father shot his son before turning the gun on himself. - Inquirer staff
