Lehigh County authorities say Andy Lovell Reese, 29, of Ahoskie, N.C., and Paul Sean Jones, 31, were charged in the June 1998 shooting of Maurice Williams, 22, of Brooklyn. Reese and Jones have been charged with one count each of homicide and conspiracy, Lehigh County District Attorney James Martin said.

Reese was charged Thursday in Smithfield, Va., and awaits extradition. Jones, formerly of Allentown, was arrested Friday. He has been in Lehigh County Prison on unrelated charges of receiving stolen property and a firearms count. - AP
