Winslow man and his dog shot dead during a walk

A Winslow man and his dog were shot and killed outside their apartment complex Friday night, police said.

Jacoby Talbert, 26, was walking his dog, possibly a pit bull, in the courtyard of the Locust Court Apartments around 7 when they were shot, according to the Camden County Prosecutor's Office. Talbert died at Cooper University Hospital in Camden.
