Luis Rodriguez, 30, was arrested on charges that he stabbed to death his 79-year-old fellow boarder yesterday at a rooming house in the 3900 block of Ninth Street in North Philadelphia.
Police said Rodriguez stabbed Christiano Agosta once in the chest about 9:15 a.m. Agosta was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. Officials were investigating the reason for the attack. - Mark Fazlollah
