Police: N.J. man allegedly videotaped friends in their bathrooms

A Magnolia, N.J., man allegedly spied on two female friends by setting up video cameras in their bathrooms and recording at least one undressing, police said Tuesday.

Carl Camp Jr., 25, is charged with two counts of invasion of privacy for allegedly hiding his cell phone in the bathrooms of two friends while he visited them, police said.

He allegedly set up the phones to record video of the two women on separate occasions, police said. One of the alleged victims, a Gloucester Township woman, found the cell phone and brought it to police.

"On several occasions in December, Carl Camp Jr., came to the victim's apartment and prior to leaving the home would enter her bathroom and setup a cell phone to record the victim," police said in a statement.

Camp was released pending a court hearing.
