Three people were arrested Thursday night after a fight broke out during a party at a New Jersey Chuck E. Cheese's.

Officers around 7:30 p.m. responded to the family restaurant located at 56 Chambersbridge Rd. in Brick Township. There, they found Bertrick Artis, 44, of Toms River, allegedly threatened to "shoot the place up" if one of the partygoers didn't turn over his money. Investigators said when the threat didn't work, Artis tried to stick his hands in the victim's pocket and forcibly remove the cash. One of the victim's family members overheard the exchange and called 911.

Further investigation allegedly revealed two other people – Antinique Wright, 21, of Lakewood, and Martez Williams, 22, of Asbury Park, were also involved in the incident. All three suspects were arrested and taken to Brick police headquarters.

Artis was charged with robbery and imprisoned at the Ocean County Jail on $350,000 bail. Wright was charged with possessing a stun gun and a controlled dangerous substance, which was allegedly found in a car. Williams was charged with possessing marijuana under 50 grams and possessing drug paraphernalia. Wright and Williams were each released on a criminal summons.

Anyone with more information on the suspects or crime is asked to contact Det. Thomas Cooney at 732-262-4708, Det. Daniel Waleski at 732-262-1170 or the Brick Township Police Department at 732-262-1100.
