Camden County authorities are asking for help as they try to identify a man whose remains were found in a trash can off Interstate 676 last year and figure out how he died.

The remains belonging to an 18- to 25-year-old man were found in a red trash bin near Morgan Street and Broadway shortly before 4 p.m. on Dec. 20.

The Camden County Prosecutor's Office released images of the container today.

The man's cause of death has not been determined.

Officials said the man was 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighed 150 to 175 pounds and had had extensive dental work, including four crowned front teeth. He was found wearing a light gray hooded sweatshirt.

Prosecutors are asking anyone with information about the man or trash bin to call 609-820-7113 or 856-757-7420. Tipsters can also send an email to ccpotips@ccprosecutor.org.
