Motorcyclist killed in collision with car

BURLINGTON TWP. An Eastampton man was killed early Saturday morning when his motorcycle collided with a Ford Explorer in Burlington Township, according to police.

Peter Price, 58, was traveling north on Route 541 aboard a Harley Davidson just after 1 a.m. when his motorcycle collided with the SUV, authorities said. The car was turning left into a Wawa.

Price was taken to Lourdes Medical Center of Burlington County before being transferred to Cooper University Hospital in Camden, where he died from his injuries.

Police identified the driver of the Ford as Lawrence Seltzer Jr., 33, of Burlington. Seltzer was not injured. Officials said charges were pending investigation.
