Police say a nanny was arrested for theft after she stole $15,000 worth of cash and jewelry from her employer, then posted photos on Facebook of herself wearing the stolen bling.

Emily Greatrex, 25, of Mount Laurel, is accused of stealing the items from the Evesham family's home between February and this month, Evesham Township police said.

Police were alerted last week after a man reported that he believed his nanny was stealing money and jewelry from his house, authorities said.

Investigators found photos on Facebook of Greatrex wearing jewelry that belonged to the man's wife, police said. Police say she also sold some of the items at local pawn shops. Officials didn't give further details about the stolen jewelry.

Greatrex was charged with theft and has been released after posting $5,000 bail.
