Woman, 36, killed in Washington Twp. collision

A 36-year-old woman died in a head-on vehicle collision Monday afternoon in Gloucester County, authorities said.

Lizzette Nazario, of Blackwood, was a passenger in a 2006 Chevrolet van when it was struck by a 2015 Dodge Ram truck traveling the opposite direction on Fries Mill Road near Hurffville-Cross Keys Road in Washington Township. Nazario was pronounced dead at the scene.

The drivers of both vehicles suffered no-life-threatening injuries and were transported to Kennedy University Hospital. The crash was being investigated by the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office and Washington Township police. - Robert Moran
