A 51-year-old man from Gloucester County with underlying medical conditions died Friday of complications related to swine flu, a New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services spokeswoman said last night.
He was the county's second death related to the H1N1 virus, and the state's 22d. At least 24 people have died of the disease in Pennsylvania, and four in Delaware.
Also yesterday, Burlington County said it was canceling a swine flu vaccine clinic scheduled for this Friday at its Health Department office in Westampton and would instead hold clinics the same day at two malls - pending the receipt of more vaccine. Those vaccines are specifically for people who were unable to be immunized during Friday's overcrowded clinic. Details are to be announced tomorrow.
