Recognize this bandit? Shortly after 11 a.m. today he allegedly entered the American Heritage Federal Credit Union on the 2000 block of Bridge Street in Philadelphia’s Frankford section. He handed a demand note to a teller, the teller handed back an undisclosed amount of cash, and the bandit fled, according to the FBI.

Shortly after 11 a.m. today he allegedly entered the American Heritage Federal Credit Union on the 2000 block of Bridge Street in Philadelphia's Frankford section. He handed a demand note to a teller, the teller handed back an undisclosed amount of cash, and the bandit fled, according to the FBI.

The suspect is considered armed and dangerous. He's in his late 20s to early 30s, about 5-foot-8 with scruffy facial hair. He wore a black polo-style shirt, khaki shorts, and a black Chicago White Sox cap.

Anyone with information is asked to call the FBI at 215-418-4000 or the Philadelphia Police Department. Tipsters may remain anonymous. There may be a reward for information leading to the suspect's capture.
