Police seek missing Northeast Philadelphia man
Howard Siegel, of the 3200 block of Tara Road in Northeast Philadelphia, was reported missing Saturday, police said.
Police are looking for a Northeast Philadelphia man whose welfare may be endangered.
Howard Siegel, 64, of the 3200 block of Tara Road, was reported missing Saturday, according to investigators. Police said he may be in crisis due to family and personal issues.
Siegel is about 6 feet tall and 260 pounds, with blue eyes and short gray hair. He was last seen wearing a bulky black coat and drives a 2000 gold, four-door Ford Explorer with Pennsylvania tags HHY7597, police said.
