EAST GREENVILLE The Montgomery County commissioners plan to hold their second of six "conversations with your commissioners," a series of town-hall meetings, at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Grand Theater.
[UPDATE: Due to the weather, the East Greenville town hall has been rescheduled to Monday April 13 at 7 p.m.]
The first event was in Ambler, and under the format, residents have the opportunity to bring up a range of topics. Commissioners Chairman Josh Shapiro said the forums give commissioners "a real sense" of what issues matter to county residents.
The East Greenville forum will be held at the Grand Theater, 252 E. Main St.
A third event is scheduled for March 14 at 10 a.m. at the Abington Township Building, 1176 Old York Road, followed by forums on March 16, 7 p.m., at Norristown Borough Hall, 235 E. Airy St.; March 30 at 7 p.m., Ludington Library, 5 S. Bryn Mawr Ave., Bryn Mawr; and April 2, 7 p.m., Sunnybrook Ballroom, 50 N. Sunnybrook Rd., Pottstown. - Inquirer staff
