LOWER SOUTHAMPTON Lower Southampton Township is accepting applications for its summer day camps, Parks and Recreation director Matt Gilbert said Monday.
The camps run from June 15 through Aug. 14, Gilbert said, and are broken into different groups by age. They will be held at Russell Elliot Memorial Park (ages 3 to 5), the Dolphin Swim Club (5 to 12, 7 to 12, and 13-plus), and Joseph J. Ferderbar Elementary School (5 to 12 and 7 to 12).
The camps offer daily swimming, Gilbert said, as well as traditional summer camp activities, such as sports and arts and crafts.
The cost for residents of Lower or Upper Southampton is $681 for the full nine weeks, Gilbert said, and $891 for nonresidents. There is no weekly rate available.
