Dyslexia conference for educators planned

GLASSBORO The Glassboro School District will host its first dyslexia conference for educators Aug. 26.

The conference will let educators learn about dyslexia and strategies to deal with it in the classroom. Those attending can earn professional development hours. Breakfast, prizes, and vendors will be part of the event.

The conference will be at Glassboro High School, 550 Bowe Blvd., from 8 to 11:30 a.m.

Registration can be made through the school district website,, and making the $50 payment as directed on the form. The fee will be waived for Glassboro teachers.
